I cannot recommend ClaimAir enough. It's such a great service. After the stress of a cancelled flight home from New York, booking new accommodation etc we found ClaimAir online. The website was easy to use to upload your details and they calculating the estimated compensation perfectly. The staff are efficient email communicators and came through for us as we got compensated by almost €1,000. :) Much better to use ClaimAir who know what they're talking about than to go via the airline directly.
