I was delayed as my flight from Amsterdam was canceled due to technical reasons, I had to get a later flight and bus back to my original destination as the flight went to Dublin, not Cork. I found ClaimAir online they were professional from the onset and throughout. Kept me up to date and I received 402 EUR back after all relevant fees were paid.
