Hassle free experience. First I filled my complaint through the airline website, after a while, the only offer me credit for my next flight! So I use Claim Air Service instead, with one or two interaction, they started the process and kept me in the loop about the progress. At the end, I have received double the amount that airline offered in form of cash! Nice job, ClaimAir!
