My parents traveled from Greece to Spain in April, however, Eurowings delivered their baggage 3 days after the arrival. Since April it had been 5 months of writing emails to the airline with very little or sometimes no response at all. Finally, I turned to ClaimAir for help and they got my reimbursement withing 2 months. A big thank you to Jakub and Kamila for being so quick to respond to emails. Sometimes just that much is enough :)
