My TAP Portugal flight, from Lisbon to Bucharest, was cancelled and we had to stay two days more in Lisbon. So, at my return I wrote directly to ClaimAir, they have strongly supported me and adviced. I will for sure be using ClaimAir next time I have problem with my flights. The ClaimAir's team is very great and hepful, always emailed about every little progress. Regarding the refund, money arrived to my bank account next day after the transfer was made. Thanks a lot again ClaimAir, I will spread the word about you to friends and colleagues!
