How can we help?

While we strive to let our platform do the heavy lifting for you, we understand that it isn't always possible to resolve your issues in an automated way.

It takes us 13 weeks on average to conclude a case. Within this timeframe, we either get you compensation or make a decision to settle the matter in a court. A judicial proceeding is an unpredictable process that can sometimes take years, and it isn't in our power to speed it up.
We'll inform you as soon as any news comes up, e.g. when an airline accepts your claims or when filing a lawsuit becomes necessary. It's a legal process and we must give airlines a time to respond. It might happen that you won't hear from us for a few months. It just means that we work on your case internally, without any news worth sharing.
We get paid only if we deliver compensation, so it's totally risk-free for you. We keep 25% of a received amount. If a lawsuit is filed in order to settle your case, additional 25% legal fee applies. We inform you about such increase in advance, the same way as with other key activities. If you're a citizen of the European Union, the VAT applies too.
While pursuing your claims, we represent you legally before third parties (airlines, courts). It's possible only based on a valid power of attorney. In most cases, an electronic signature you can create on our website free of charge is sufficient. If another type of your signature is requested by a third party, you'll be noted and advised on how to handle it.
ClaimAir isn't an airline. We're an airline claim agency and we advocate rights of air passengers when compensation is lawfully due. We act as a mediator between travelers and airlines. Thanks to our expertise, we know how to make the claiming process effective and successful.
Yes. Unlike our competitors, ClaimAir utilizes global legal frameworks signed by more than 100 countries. However, eligibility depends on specific flight routing and details of a disruption. Check your compensation by using our online tool.
